EiA3 :: Walking The Holland Track (8 of 9) 'Bush Cooking'

EiA3 :: Walking The Holland Track (8 of 9) 'Bush Cooking' Video Clips. Duration : 8.62 Mins.

EiA3 was the third walk as part of the 'Education in Action' project. Normally a 4x4 track, we suspect this may be the first retracing of it on foot in modern times (haven't been able to find any contrary evidence as yet). Furthermore, the use of Skype actually allowed us to LIVE teleconference directly to the classroom, answering student's questions and giving them a direct link to 'real life in the Australian outback'. The teddy bears that feature in the videos were actually from Pre-Primary students' class. These children had been following the progress of the walk very simply 'through ted's eyes'. Our website www.eia.net.au is being rebuilt at the time of writing this, but we hope to have it back online soon, packed with photos and information about the history, geography, botany and any other interesting details about this exciting area of Western Australia. A side ...
